I mean I won't be waiting regardless, but with the Z10 getting sold so cheap in the us I don't see them bringing it here any time soon. I'd like to see the diversity, but BlackBerry doesn't really play well here so I don't see them making the investment of a US launch.

Personally, I think the Z10 is a better option....but I have never used a Z3 in person either...

Z10 is not necessarily better considering it's weak battery. Depends on your usage style.

BlackBerry will be coming out with the LTE version by the end of the year with that being said I'm sure it will hit the North American market ,I'm sure it would be a good starter device for those who can't and won't dish out 400 to 600 dollars for a BlackBerry 10 device,id want one just for the sake of it being a BlackBerry to add to my collection of old and new.

I got a full day with my Z10 on a workday. (6AM-8PM) On the weekend, was another story though. Even still, I personally would get a battery pack with the Z10 before I would buy a Z3.

That's similar to my experience with my Z10, which was not enough for me. If I go straight home after work it would be fine but there were too many occasions that you don't go straight to home after work. Not to mention the weekend. So basically I had my Z10 plugged in any chance I got, which made me essentially an wall hugger.

That's when I took the opportunity of a zero dollar price matching deal and got myself an Z30 in January. Since then, the only time I had to plug-in my Z30 is when I go to bed. You won't believe how much that liberates you, battery status is completely out of your mind during the day and you can go anywhere and plan anything knowing your Z30 will outlast you.

And this is just one benefit of upgrading from Z10 to Z30...

Not at all! Love the look of the Z3 it's just way under spec. to compete in the U.S. where you can barely find the Z30 in a verizon store in NYC.

This is my experience exactly! Found myself charging all day.
Z3? Nah, my Z30 blows it out of the water.
