First, since you are posting using CB10, type

    myver (then press the Spacebar)

and it will provide the OS and model of your phone.

Where are your pictures stored or saved? Are they pictures taken with the phone camera or copied to the phone from say a real camera?

    Have you rebooted?

    Try a restart:

Press and HOLD both Vol Up/Down buttons. Keep holding while the screen goes fully black (ignore the screenshot), keep holding through the Black/White logo and when the Colored Logo shows up, release those buttons.

If you have a Z10: If you have the STL100-1 variant the volume button reset method doesn't work. In that case, Press and HOLD the Power On Button until you see the LOGO as above

Take the card out of the phone, place it in a PC/laptop card reader and check with Explorer to see if your pictures are actually on the card. If they are, make a backup copy.

Then run a format and place the card back and try taking another picture.
