    Dear All,

    I am using Z30 mobile, earlier I had WhatsApp of BB10 OS. Two days ago I installed paid version of SnapV3 V.5. Now WhatsApp look similar like Android. However I am not getting few messages and also the main problem is that I am not able to send photos or videos. I get message saying "camera failed"

    Any possible solutions please

    I'm not clear on what you've said but I'm assuming that you have replaced the native BlackBerry 10 version of WhatsApp with the Android APK version in the hope that it will continue to work after December 31.

    The first issue is that you need to apply the WAA Fixer patch in order to send pictures and video. Here's a couple threads that discuss this:

    The second issue is that you'll have to wait until 2017 to find out if this is going to work after December 31.
