Hi thanks for the reply I have been using the android version but I think that it may have updated to a minimum of 4.3 and beyond the BlackBerry Android 4.1 capabilities. I don't know for sure just wondered if anyone knew what is going on

BB10 Android Runtime is 4.3.
WhatsApp requires 4.0.3.
No one else seems to be having issues.
Try a reboot and wait 10 minutes before touching your phone.
