    I have 10.3.1.1767 but my wife's Z10 is10.3.1.1865.

    My Z30 was bought from Shop BlackBerry and hers from Bell. Should there be different updates for different model phones?

    The Z30 can run 10.3.1.2708 (sw 10.3.1.1865) the same as your wife's. You are currently using a slightly older one (10.3.1.2558 - sw10.3.1.1767). I'm quoting OS versions instead of software release numbers, BTW.

    I'm surprised, as I thought factory-direct Z30s should be getting 10.3.1.2582 (sw 10.3.1.1784). You may want to pull your sim, reboot, and check for updates.

    I have a shopblackberry z30, also on bell(virgin) it is on 1784, my z10 from virgin is on 1865...

    Same here. I haven't upgraded yet but I probably will tonight.

    Just got a notice on Bell for an OS update of 10.3.1.1865, which will make mine the same as my wife's Z10
