Hey everyone, I've just realized that I can no longer change the volume or switch to another song via the volume rocker on my head phones (klipsch headphones). This is someone's I was able to do when I had 10.2.1 installed but now that I'm on 10.3.2 I can no longer do it. Is there a setting that I have over looked to allow me to do this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No luck finding a solution or reason as to why it's happening. I assume something has changed since updating to 10.3.2

    hi,

did it work already after you installed 10.3? If not try the following:

    - plug in headphones
    - switch volume with the buttons on the phone, exceeding the loudness limit by confirming the pop up message
    - try now with headphone volume buztons

It seemes as long as you didn't use the phone buttons at first, the headphone won't be enabled.

    regards

Hey! Thanks for the tips, I tried your suggestions but still can't get it to work. What is weird as well that I noticed. My headphones have 3 buttons, volume up, volume down and a middle button that you can press that will pause music or hard press and it will start BlackBerry Assistant. That middle button works properly still but the volumes buttons don't do anything. I'm going to try my headphones on my brother's IPhone and see what happens.

    hi

that's weird... sorry, it sounded like the same issue i had with my iphone headphones after updating to 10.3.2.2204. :-/

    regards

edit: ah, forgot to mention: i had to open the music app and playing some song while pressing the volume buttons on the phone. then i received the pop concerning the loudness limit/warning.
