    Hi,
    Been using Z10 for last 5 months and everything worked fine.

    Upgraded to Z30 yesterday and see a very strange and very annoying problem. When I do BBM voice or video call, my voice doesn't go over and the person on other end can't hear me at all. Although I can hear them clearly. Videos work fine and so do screen sharing. But voice doesn't work at all.

    Please help me out.

    I also tried searching for update and even though BBM shows in my list of installed apps in BlackBerry World but opening it says "unavailable for your device"

    Please help me out someone.

    I assume you've tried volume in settings, rebooting, etc.

    Yes have tried it all. Just for info, I installed BBM channels yesterday.

    Although I didn't try BBM calls before installing channels

    I would delete bbm and reinstall fresh. I think I had a similar issue on my 9900 one time and that's what I did
