Encouraging for sure, I hope the runtime gets to the point where a user can use all features in these apps.. but really think about it, the average user ain't going to care about the native feature of app. As long as they can download it and fully use the app, I don't think it really matters if it is native or not, just make it usable and throw it in BBW.
I hope for gods sake BlackBerry will solve all these little bugs in the runtime, can anyone actually confirm that 10.2 runtime speeds up apps? I haven't the chance to try 4.2.2

    v4.0.2
Had it running on several OS & Android runtime versions - all using the token method.

It really is the lack of apps that's preventing BlackBerry from gaining traction. Solving the app problem would be a major step in the right direction, just in time for the holidays.

For companies to develop apps for OS10, they have to be convinced that there will be enough demand to make it worthwhile. A robust advertising campaign (after bugs out of the OS) could have changed that. For it to happen with the Z30 is a real long shot. Lets hope BB is building the Z30 to meet demand and not stocking them in the warehouse.

Where were you able to get instagram for z30. I purchased mine today and can't find one that works for z30. I either get incomaptability with camera or not working messages.

You need the debug token or unlocked runtime

Were they native or ported over, they'd have probably been announced along side the Z30 although there's still jam Asia to come.http://www.einkauvie.com/07.jpg
Jam Asia came and went. Next thing we can hope for is some form of announcement before The holidays or wait till BlackBerry Live

Instagram needs 2 installs to work with out debug token.

I install 3.2.2 I believe. It was linked on a crackberry article long ago. Then it gives me error "out of date". Close it and install the newest instagram from bb10bars.net

And it works. Don't delete the first instagram or it won't work.

I also have Instagram 4.1.2 and Vine.
Plus Flipboard, Path, Pinterest, Tumblr and others....

There is little chance we will ever get these as native apps, but it doesn't matter much since the port works well on 10.2

How did you get vine? my vine would not work on my Z30. I had to download the old instagram and then hide it in a folder inorder for the newer version of Instagram to work. The newest version of snapchat was slightly glitchy so I downgraded to an older version, but I cannot seem to find a good version of vine.

I grabbed Vine BAR file from Goodreader and did a direct sideload. Didn't even have to install unlocked run time. Works really smooth.

I am not the most technically sound person. So this question might be dumb. Why do you need to install unlocked runtime? I thought the latest Android Runtime on the Z30 gave it more flexibility that you didn't have to do stuff like this. I managed to install one of my old Instagram bar file using the facebook login approach and got it to work. The latest instagram bar files give the "incomaptability with camera" message.

Vine, netflix all worked without having to use unlocked runtime or debugtoken on Z30.

Try. Bb10bars.net and side load a recently updated Vine. Might work on 1791
