I have just started to get an annoying issues with my Z30.

When receiving a phone call, there is an annoying vibration/buzz from the speaker when the volume is turned up that means it is difficult to hear the caller. When the volume is turned down, it goes, but it is difficult to hear the person on the other end.

There is no issue when I have it on speaker or playing music videos.

I did have to change the screen a while ago, but have double checked and all screws are tight and everything is fitted correctly.

I recently upgraded to OS 10.3.2.2813, but it I have only just started getting the issue.

Has anyone any ideas?

I had the same thing happen when my Z30 got wet.
I suggest double checking the screen work you did and give everything a through cleaning and drying on the internal connections.
If it still persists after the hardware check, then do a full backup and wipe, check to see if it is still happening after you get the system up and running, but before reloading the backup.
If that clears it up, it was a bad app/system file or other software bug.
If it is still happening after all that, then hardware issue.

You could also run BB Virtual Expert and test the various speakers and the mic as well.

I don't know if music and voice always use the same output speaker(s).
