Have been waiting for this since it came out. Upgrading my other line and giving my wife my beloved z10. Have been playing with the z30 in store and can't wait to use it as my daily driver. Love typing on it!

Yes, the Verizon bill is high, but thankfully I can absorb that cost and I have no problems with the service. Actually, if you have the right radio flashed on the device, their service is very good in my area. I never get calls that have every other word drop out and sound like I'm talking underwater, FWIW

Priced higher than AT&T all things considered? I haven't comparison shopped in a few years, but when I did I found for the same service I was getting with Verizon, my AT&T cost was within $20/mo. Not enough for me to give up the service and outstanding customer service I've always received with Verizon. Sprint and T-Mobile were cheaper, but I wasn't interested.

Alas I'm a loooong way from upgrading. Had to give 200 for my z10 off contract just to get one. Hoping if I need a new phone by the time my contract is up BlackBerry has some cool new ones or at least z10 or z30 are still around. Verizon needs to push the BlackBerry a lot more than they do. I've got at least one guy I work with talked into a z10. Hopefully it will spread the good cheer and he doesn't get a lemon. Thus is my first BlackBerry and I have never had a better smartphone

It's the BlackBerry. My droid was horrible about cutting out on Verizon. US cellular was better for me signal consistency wise but they screwed up with their billing mess and well they don't have BlackBerry anymore

Tmo has the best plan out there, the most affordable also. Not only they have the best play, they're buying out customers from att paying for your ETF. Tell me that's not awesome

Sadly, Verizon does more to push BlackBerry than BlackBerry themselves have done. I'm hoping this changes real soon with new leadership at BlackBerry.

Nothing other than the phone was a brick as soon as I left town. Doesn't do much good to have cell that doesn't work on the way and where your parents and family live.

Good luck getting one from a VZ store. I looked in several stores, was told by more than one sales rep not to get the Z. They tried to sell me anything but a Blackberry. I had to order it on line from them.

I thought I could do verizon edge to get one since I'm not due for an upgrade but the rep said you have to be due for an upgrade to qualify for edge... I'm like, "but why would I pay 20 a month for full retail if I'm due for an upgrade and can get it at a discount..." Ugh, oh we'll!

Call customers service and ask them. I heard vzw open edge for everybody up to March 31.
