There is not a sleeve on it. The back door came not completely closed out of the box, so the camera appears to be recessed in the picture, but it is not. When I snapped the door closed it went flush. The charger 850 mA, and is redesigned visually than the Z10 had.

It really stopped at 10:30AM bc I asked for priority overnight but the rep took it upon his self to put standard and then had the nerve to say to me priority is 15 and standard is 13...I kindly told him how much I hated him and I wish he didn't exist!

None! I was amazed by how empty the box was. The pic I took of the group of things together was every single thing in the box. I remember the old days when you even got a leather pouch in the box. Sad.

Ya man, no buds, no screen wipe, just a charger and booklet. Fortunately I already have a set of premium ear buds. Ahhh the joys of being a BES Admin. What pisses me off, is that there are absolutely no accessories in stores that I have been too!

Agreed. No support in the stores. I attempted to buy a wireless charging pad, but I was told from a sales guy that the pads they have do not work with BlackBerry and I have to wait until they release an OEM pad. I assume he was just an uninformed terrible sales person. But I held off in case. I wonder is BBRY will ever make an official sexy wireless charging pad with the logo.

Up here in Canada, the box has Z30 printed on it, we also got ear buds (as crappy as they are) in the box. I'm with Telus.

I am very surprised that nearly 3000mAh battery device still comes with 850mA charger.. Must take a long time to charge with that thing from a completely dead battery.. Better invest in some playbook chargers.

Can't say I'm a big fan of the redesign and while every phone I've owned has been carrier branded in some way or another, I can't believe Verizon would do that to the back cover of your phone.. I really really really uppe Rogers keeps their mitts off when I put my upgrade through.

I'd say that what they did to the front is more aggravating. Not too hard to replace the back door though it would be annoying to have to buy a new back door just to ditch the carrier branding. On the plus side, they are actually selling it. More than I can say for the rest of the US carrier clutch.

I've got 2 playbook chargers at home, and a 1.8A car charger from BB, ppfffttt i don't need the wireless charging, but it would be awesome to know it works.

And actually I got the premium earbuds from AT&T when we used to have a contract with them. They shipped premium buds in every box.

I concur. The PlayBook charger should be a mandatory accessory purchase with any of the BB10 phones. I could fully charge my nearly dead Z10 in slightly over an hour with the PB charger.

If you don't have one gang, trust me, get one. They're dirt cheap now a days too!

Another thing regarding this phone. If you read the CB article about removing the back door, it is easy peasy taking it off. No struggles and no frustration.

Interesting charger, never seen one like that before. Maybe because of the slightly higher output.

As for people surprised of the "slower" charger vs the PlayBook. It's usually not good to charge a battery too quickly, and with the long battery life, if you charge it overnight, you don't really need to charge it quickly anyway.
