Hello,

I have a question about the Verizon screen, Will it fit a Z30 STA100-2 model or is there
something different about the 2 screens ??

Maybe if my screen even brakes, i want to fit a verizon one if it will fit and work

I'm sorry but the answer is no. The Verizon Z30(STA 100-3) screen is different then all other Z30 screens. I have found that most Z30 cases don't even fit the VZ Z30 quite right because of the slight differences in device dimensions. When disassembling the device (STA 100-3) the differences are clearly visible. The internal frame has screw hole placements completely different then all other Z30's, due to the addition of Qi capabilities and the CDMA radio hardware.

The proximity sensor cutout is also in a different location and shape if I'm not mistaken.

The screen has nothing to do with the cases not fitting. It's the backside if the phone itself. On cases that replace the battery door, the tab placement is of different positions and shape.

I never once said that the screen is the cause for cases not fitting. Your words NOT mine bro. What I was merely pointing out is that Z30 cases like the Otter Box Defender and some other thin-skin case don't fit quite right because of slightly different device dimensions. I'm glad you pointed out the difference in tab placement with the battery back door because I went through that the first day I got my Z30.

You can view the differences on etrade supply. They have pictures of both models.

Basically the bottom tabs are spaced differently, the Verizon screen has additional hardware at the top, and the Verizon screen doesn't use clips to hold down the screen, just screws. Also the screws are in different locations (no center screws, and the perimeter screws go all the way to the top corners since there isn't any clips).
