    after I upgraded my phone to 10.3.1.1565 os, the upper speaker is not working.
    any body has this problem?
    how can I know that's a hardware or software problem?

    Folks have replaced speakers themselves. But if you have a warranty, that might be the way to go if repair won't take too long.
