Updating Issue
After terrible experience with the Blackberry Torch 9860 I decided it was time to upgrade I was just about ready to move onto iPhone or Samsung until I saw the Z30, ordered it right a way came last Sunday phone works great and it's pretty neat however I noticed I ran into an issue and soon as I saw this right a way "Ugh.. again Blackberry?!" not sure if this is a serious issue or anything I don't consider it but being a new phone and all sorta upsetting to already have a problem anyway back to the issue sorry for this long message (lol..) I noticed every time I update to Version 10.2.0.429 the phone still constantly ask me to update to the same version and I'm not sure what's going on can this be fixed?

Have you reset or restarted the phone?
If nothing works you may want to wipe phone and do a device switch again.
I believe I did the upgrade before doing the device switch. Not sure if it matters in which order you do it.

Sounds like you may be having trouble with those carrier apps. I only ran that Os version on my Verizon Z30 for a couple days and moved on to 10.2.0.1809.

I have reset the phone after the update. @byex
I'm with Bell (Canada) so not quite sure if it's the carrier apps. @Superbuddy2007
Last thing I wanna do is a full wipe out I could possibly call the company if wipe out will be my last choice.

I k of if you delete carrier apps it will as you to update again, but I'm not sure if bell has apps as I'm with rogers.
