    Trying to update my z30 with blackberry link but it disconnects from my pc every time it hits 91% in the installation process. BlackBerry Link software has already been updated. Any tips? Thanks guys.

    My Tip would be not to use LINK....

    Backup you device using Darcy's Tool, just in case you have a problem during the update. http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...-tools-824364/

    Use Sachesi to download the update from your carrier and install it http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...taller-825409/

    Thanks a lot. It worked! But now I have the new software update, can anyone tell me what's different with it? Can my phone do more things now? :-)
