    I have the new version of link, updating via computer and usb
    I get too about 68% then get a fatal error. I know can use Sachesi.
    Just wondering how many people are getting update fails via link.

    I was getting fails with my Z10. I fixed the problem by rebooting my Z10 and then going into settings and turning on Airplane Mode. I then plugged the phone in and then opened Link. Let it find your phone and then choose to update like that. If not, you should be able to do it over Wi-Fi through your phone.

    I can't get link to do a factory restore with my Z30 using the latest version. Maybe I will try airplane mode, or maybe I will go back a version (if I can find it)

    It was doing it to me too but I just kept repeating it and it eventually worked.
