    My BlackBerry z30 has been notifying me that I need to update my account information for my sync account since I switched over from my q10 a couple weeks ago. However I don't have a sync account and if I try and open the notification it's says "there was a problem opening your account". No matter what I do the notification is back every morning. Is there anything I can do to fix it? I've been ignoring it so far.

    Is this Google Sync, Ford Sync, Mozilla Sync?

    You can go to settings...Accounts....delete any account which you don't utilize or need.

    HOWEVER...

    If you have made use of Cobalt's Google play store work around DO NOT delete the Google account. You may need to disable notifications instead. That's done in BlackBerry Google id settings.

    If the account is anything other than Google and you are unable to delete it through device settings try the Accounts Cleaner utility available in BBW.
