I currently have a factory unlocked Blackberry-Z30 running version 10.2.1.2977 and I just received an update notice for version 10.2.1.3062. Is anyone running this updated version and what is the difference? Are there any new feature or enhancements?
I have my "device " encryption set to "on" and I need to know, can I just load the update without any issues or do I have to decrypt my device first. (my SD card is NOT encrypted as I am aware of the issue of losing access to it ) I would prefer not to decrypt the device as there is a lot on data and it would probably take a long time.

I have a question. Let's say your network operator only sells and supports Q10 and Z10 models. If you are using a BlackBerry Passport or a Z30, will you still get software updates for your device?

I installed it and now many of my contacts are showing up as just phone numbers or inside the text their names show up as phone numbers.
