I need to unlock my device as I will be travelling to different countries.

I thought it's a no brainer until I read a post from a member stating they had issues as the service requested their MEP # which they could not find/provide.

To save me the impending hassle can those that have successfully unlocked their device let me know who they went to for this service?

    Thanks.

I had a hard time with mine using several services. Many have recommended Quickphoneunlock.com , so going by this I used one of their local affiliated services. Was costly, but I used the one in Hull, Quebec. They were the only ones who could find a code for my Z30

Had Telus phone, tried Quickphoneunlock (they seemed to really try, and fast, but no code found) refunded fee promptly, tried another name forgotten and they refunded fee promptly, and then went to FreeMyBlackBerry.com (asked for one additional phone info "PRD number", then unlock code came in 2 days, 16 digits long, and it worked.
I have come to believe Seller of phone has to enter phone's ID numbers into their data base and if they forget, or are slow in doing so, that's why first two un-lockers were not successful
