    I have tried to install Link several times. I get error messages saying that I "already have an account" to "there's another install in progress".

    I'm done with lInk. is there any other way to transfer files to my PC from my Z30? I tried using it as a a hard drive but I can't transfer video files. They won't convert.

    They won't convert using link either. You need a program on your computer that plays the file format they are in.

    Windows player would work fine in the past if I transferred the video using link.

    Try copying the files to a SD card

    Look up microsoft Fixit. Use it to remove the current installation.
    Go to services.msc and disable 'windows installer'.
    Reboot computer and go to services.msc.
    Set 'windows installer' to 'manual'

    Download and install the latest link
