    I think that you find it 2 ways: first in the settings/notifications and second in settings/locked-screen
    You should turn the interactive notifications off.

    I dont want to turn off all the notifications. Just the calendar. Couldnt find in settings - notifications. Lock screen turns off everything.

    Actually the events on the screen are from app like facebook..step one settings step two accounts step three click on the account and turn of sync events that should do it
