For some reason,recently YouTube,plus videos that are sent to me ,will not play. Not sure why,could it be a settings issue. Any suggestions?

YouTube videos sent to you.... how? How are you trying to view them? What errors are you getting?

When I go to YouTube and try to watch any videos. The YouTube screen goes blank ,it have jigsaw puzzle piece in the centre indicating it won't play. Someone sent a video to me and my wife Hers played on the z10. Mine wouldn't on the z30

This happens to me also, when i use snapchat and then i play videos say like from YouTube i get blank screen, and also the camera won't work. Only solution for me is restarting the phone... are you using snapchat by anychance?

I'm 53. Barely know what snap chat is. Haha. I did a restart, seems to have corrected the problem. Thanks for the advice, what would cause that to happen?

Not sure but I had it once and restarting it resolved my YouTube issue
