Received another new Z30 today, connected WiFI and received automatically latest OS for STA100-5.

Picked up a new microSIM from AT&T and resumed calls and messages. All good so far.

When I enabled Hotspot for my Galaxy tablet the network default name for the hotspot is incredibly long and would like to rename it to something short like MyZ30 but the field is not selectable in the configuration menu where I setup password and timeout values. It works fine as it is but is there a way to rename it ?

It's easy, just make sure the Hotspot isn't turned on .... then it's all editable.
