    I bouth a Z30 from BB directly, within 3 months the other person is unable to hear me so called BB support they replaced it. Now 3 months later exact same issue again the other person is unable to hear me, I dont really want to go through the same process and receive another replacement what do you suppose I can do. The phone is still within 1 year warranty.

    What specifically is your issue?

    Have you used BBVE to troubleshoot your audio?

    If the device fails the tests it could be hardware and your best option although frustrating is to return device.
    Just curious...Was your second z30 a repair of original or a new boxed unit?
    I haven't had any hardware issues with my device but it is quite possible for a microphone to fail if device is dropped or exposed to fluids or moisture....try BBVE to pinpoint issue but do return it if there is a problem.
