First of all it's spelled MILITIA
Now, go into BB world , hit the search icon... type MINI MILITIA in the box, hit ENTER and .... I think you can take it from there.

and when you can't find it in BB World... try rebooting your device. If that doesn't help, uninstall the one you have and try installing a new version of the game.from the Amazon app store
If that doesn't work... try a different game.

I'm assuming you're running OS10.3.2.2876
