    I updated my Z30 to 10.2.1 thorough Verizon and my text messages will show in the general hub but not in the separate text listing. Anyone else experiencing this problem?

    My CB app not allowing picture attachments but here's what you should check. Open hub settings and go to hub management. Open text messaging and check that you don't have HUB ONLY turned on.

    Try toggling to Hub only, restart the Hub (or device) then go back and set to "both" again.

    Hey, just noticed that "Hub only" is not even highlighted as an option for SMS texts although it is an option for the other accounts.

    Is that normal?

    I'm also having the same problem on my Q10, texts show in the Hub, but not in the text message section.

    I tried deleting the text message button, but seems it's only a shortcut that I can no longer get back.

    What concerns me most though is that I don't get any notifications, no LED, no sound nor vibrate. Checked my settings and all is set right.

    Resetting the hub and phone doesn't work. I don't mind having to use the hub to see my messages, I just want the notifications back.

    Hope there's a fix.

    This makes two of us. I love BlackBerry but I'm really getting tired of flaws with major areas of the OS.

    Maybe there was an issue of some sort with the updated OS on your phone.. try doing a backup, factory reset and restore.

    But wouldn't the restore put everything as it was or just restore everything on top of the "reloaded" OS?

    Factory reset the OS and restore your apps. When you go in link under restore you will see that option.
