When I turned on my phone this morning, aside from other issues, my text messages are no longer in my hub. When I click on the text icon, it just takes me back to my emails in the hub.

I tried settings in the hub, but text messages don not appear as an option to add. I get a ton of texts, and it shows I have new messages in the icon, but I can't figure out how to get into it.

Any thoughts???

Have you tried a hard reset by holding down the power button for 15-20 seconds or removing the battery?

Is your SIM card working? Can you make & receive calls?
Where exactly in Hub Settings were you looking?

Assuming SIM is working, first thing you should try is a device reset. (NOT the same as a Restart.)
Hold down top key. Ignore any onscreen prompts, options, countdowns, etc. After the red LED goes on then off, release the top button right away as soon as you see the BlackBerry logo.

Anything better after that?

WOAH just got that problem too on my Q10.. No text messages in my Hub.

Also no text messages option in the left overflow bar. And if I opened my hub settings, there was no text messages and no Cell Broadcats options.... really weird bug...

Resolved by hard reset

OP are you on BES?

I just installed BES10 Cloud today and this happens now... maybe it's related?
