    Hey guys I got my z30 last Tuesday through telus mobility online with a big gouge on the aluminum bottom as some might recall from an earlier post. I got my exchange phone no questions asked once I told then about the gouge within 3 days on Friday. However after using it for two days I releases one of the microphones and speaker weren't working as well as the rest. Recording piano or violin causes microphone bursting sounds and if I covered each speaker with my finger individually to listen to the others I heard a difference for one of the speakers making it unclear and static like. I called telus in the morning just now and after telling then the issue. Within 10 minutes they said the order has been filed for me and I should get my phone within 3-10 business days

    As a Fido customer I must say telus service right now feels very friendly and good.

    Glad to hear that they're taking care of the issue so promptly, hopefully your next phone will work as you expect. I've always had good experiences with Telus and their customer service.

    I had few friends previously told me telus customer service was bad. I guess I was lucky or they just had terrible attitude to the service to begin with lol

    I have also only had positive experiences. When they make a mistake, they fix it promptly. Have been a customer for 13 years now...

    Never heard back from telus when I emailed them regarding receiving and open box phone that had been craftily resealed.

    Can't say I am a fan.

    I seem to get excellent service from Telus. We have a bunch of phones and they always recommend plans that fit our needs, even at their own expense.
