    T mobile - STA 100-5, mysterious H-img_20140829_162227_edit.png

Just curious if anyone else has been getting an H next to their signal while using their Z30? This has started for about a week and can't seem to find any information on it. It's rather annoying because it seems that I get this more than LTE, which isn't a issue cause I'm in NYC. Thanks.

H means HSDPA - High Speed Downlink Packet Access which is a type of data connection under 3G category (actually it is "3.5" G ) .

So it's a little better than 3G, but yet I get that more than LTE Lately. Are they messing with things?

Probably the LTE signal is very weak in your area.

Of your dropping down to hsdpa from lte, id say that t-mobile is tweaking things. Lte coverage foot print on NY is large and not usually an issue.
