I'm running a Verizon Z30 on T-Mobile. Although I set my ringtone to ringtones other than the T-Mobile jingle, the phone will default back to the jingle. My thought is that if I can delete the T-jingle, it won't be able to default away from my chosen ringtone. But, I am unable to find the T-mobile file to be able to delete it. Is there another solution to the resetting? Does anyone know how to find the file for the T-jingle so I can delete it?

Is the ringtone you set on a microSD card, or is this happening when you connect your phone to a computer?

I know at least on TMO phones, you can't delete the jingle and other pre-loaded ringtones.

Linking to a computer doesn't seem to have anything to do with it. I've not had the phone linked to a computer for days and it has reverted to the jingle 2x. It has been link to my blue tooth car system.

If your ringtone is saved on a microSD card, try moving it to phone memory and see if this still happens.
