Switching from Z10 to Z30 issue . Please help me

So I got my Z30 week ago and now decided to transfer everything ftom my Z10 to it, and this is what happens :

First, I tried switching while I had some stuff already in the new Z30 (apps, photos, my contacts list) which i got them by submitting BlackBerry id and sim card.

I followed the instructions, connected my previous device (z10) was all good till step 8 where it keeps cancel the transfer and rebooting the phone by it self . No matter what I do it kept canceling and reboot countless times.

Then, I stopped that and did a full backup for the new Z30 and wiped the whole thing so I can start as a new device hopping this will solve it for me, well it didnt.!
Same thing still happening cancellation cancellation cancellation BUT without the reboot part.
I turned off wifi and mobile network, nothing.
Unplanned and plug againg, nothing.
I even had to restart the phone thought maybe who knows, nothing.

I wanted to check other backup if it was going to load so I tried to restore the backup I did for the Z30 and it started to load then I stopped it .

Ps: the Z10 model is stl100-1 and the Z30 model is stl 100-2 maybe this got something to do with my problem?! I dont know.!

Please please help its driving me insane I couldnt sleep trying to figure it out but im done for now.
Please HELP ="(

Is the os on your Z30 lower than what's on your Z10.

Also ensure no encryption on the devices or the MicroSD is on on either Device.

I had no problems at all moving from my Z10 STL100-1 to my Z30. Make sure you have the most up to date version of link. Check both devices are up to date and on the same OS version.
I would suggest making the backup, disconnecting the Z10, rebooting your PC.
Then plug the Z30 in to do the restore.
I would probably try not restoring the apps and see if that helps

I did all of that no luck at all.

I gave up im restoring the backup from the Z30. =(
I cant wait not using it for another day lol

Had the same issue. So I did a full backup of the Z10 and just restored that backup on the Z30. Worked a charm, apart from android apps which I just installed again
