    I have tried to buy an Z30 from Swisscom on their online shop and there is not anymore for sale. I have called the customer support and they are not offering even the possibility to order them. Someone knows what is happening?

    Indeed. A bit mysterious.

    My one is 14 days old, baught online in the Swisscom shop. Four days later I got the package and on the same day a separate letter containing the new SIM card.

    Perhaps you find still one in a shop.
