I'll have my phone sound profile set to normal and the sound on. But it will stop working sometimes. So I miss calls and can't play music via the speaker. So I have to reset my phone to get them to work. Is there a way to fix this?

It happened to me a couple of times, what i found was the error was because I have SayIt on headless mode, sometimes I click the button accidentally. Well that's from my observation, or it could be purely by chance.

It seems that it was for me. As soon as i un installed it, my sound problems stopped. Say it needs to be refined in headless mode.

I would disable that mute button if possible.... I may take my phone apart to disable it somehow.... I can't get over how sensitive it is....
