Does anyone have an issue with their phone's sound, mine doesn't work sometimes and I've to reboot it to get to work?

I would first use BlackBerry Virtual Expert to test your phones sound. If BBVE can't fix it back up your phone using Link then do a security wipe. This brings your phone to a clean state, like when you first bought it. If your sound still isn't working then it could be a hardware issue.

Edit: if all of the above are unsuccessful install a leak OS by autoloader method if your comfortable doing that. If this is unsuccessful you definitely have a hardware issue..
