    I've bought my Z30 quite some time ago and a week later the official os 10.2 updates had come out for q10 and z10 these are running .424 does anyone know how to get the z30 from .242 to .424?

    Also to note .242 which came with the device has some very annoying bugs hence the need to upgrade slightly

    Don't know which country u are from but if you get a sim from a network that already has pushed the update and your phone is unlocked then stick that in and download the update then put your old sim back. You should have the latest os on your phone.

    could u tell me what the meaning of "get a sim from a network"? this sim card is different from the sim i am using in z30?
