I guess you need to order new screen. What else can you do? Unless you have full damage coverage. Rogers has that option here in Canada

Probably won't help you, as I live in Australia. But Canada and the US have these sorts of policies too. Just google "tenants insurance" or "contents insurance" or "renters insurance". Ours' is tacked onto our House Insurance (which naturally covers the building) but you can buy it standalone.

Sorry to hear. One of the things I really like about my Z10 is the textured gripe material used for the back cover. It makes the phone much less slippery. Hopefully you have better luck with your next phone.

Well.... it just happened to me, had this phone 5 days and dropped it... screen is shattered. seems to work ok but have a giant spiderweb all over it.... any update on where to get it fixed or at least get parts? I am located in Calgary... the dealer that looks after our company quoted me 250 bucks to get it replaced! Will post a picture later... its very depressing.....

Yep I have broken my screen as well. Had the phone 3 days and when sitting on the ground it fell out of my pocket face down and cracked the bottom right corner and top right corner. At least it is not covering the screen. I have never broken a smart phone screen before. My Z10 lasted without issue. It would appear that the screen is very susceptible to being smashed as it is slightly proud of the case. Can't wait to get a casemate for it.

Yup, first drop. I went to put it in the holster, thought it was in and let go and boom. I really can't believe it, like I said the phone seems to work fine but the glass screen sure isn't fine

Well, this seems to be a genuine replacement, but take it only as an option. Obviously I can not guarantee its originality. I recommend to you, before buying, first extract your display and you check the part number, revision number, etc.. Then check with the seller, because it seems that not all versions have the same display.

Ya... seems a hit expensive, for that, I was quoted 250 bucks to have it repaired by a local company, I was for sure hoping to get it cheaper
