Was making coffee, was holding a glass jar that has sugar, dropped it right on my z30, screen is completely smashed.

I dont know what to do

Nope, bought it off contract from a CB member who bought it from Telus. Im on Rogers. So basically im outta luck.

Maybe CB kevin will send me a new one lol

Btw, I screwed up my screen protector once and brought it back to the store with receipt and claimed it was faulty and they reimbursed. Might work for you?

I've seen some postings before about purchasing a replacement screen.

It has to be available. Someone makes these screen and I'm sure they know what happened to you will happen.

Oh no, I'm sure this feels like the day that I was backing up the laptop and the hard drive fail right at the beginning. Lost 3 months of work. I was sick for a couple of hours. I don't think I have gone through such a range of emotions, so I can imagine. Sorry to see a Z30 in such a state and not able to back up.

I got a spare q10 from verizon unlocked that I'm selling(brand new with BlackBerry holster and extra battery With that charger)..

Or check on amazon for the screen I now for z10 it's like 70 bux.. so it should be a bit more for the z30...

They have the how to videos in YouTube to repair.. or buy the screen and take it to a shop to have repaired. They might charge like 20-30 bux..
