    I am becoming overly irritated at the amount of time it takes to download and install a song or video from BBW. Anyone else having this issue? Z30 running 10.2.1055

    If you are talking about downloading one of the free videos, it does take a while but eventually it does download. I don't buy music from BBW

    Thank you very kindly. I purchased several movies (Iron Man 3 and Sherlock Holmes Game of Shadows) and several songs. The download times are fairly fast, however installation takes forever. Thanks again for being so hospitable.

    I have recently downloaded a 1.7Gb movie from BlackBerry World over 4G and it took about 30 minutes.

    It may be the Class speed of your sd card (if that's what you're saving it to) I have a class 10 sd card which is pretty quick.
