    Glad i found this.. I find that my voice / mute button seems to stick in a bit causing the voice command prompt come on all the time in my pocket or handling my phone.. with the back cover over its fine.

    its almost like the button doesn't click when the back cover is on

    Managed to get mine fixed at BlackBerry expert center. Just one day. It's a brand new nice and hard buttons
