You'll probably have to bring it for a repair. Unless you can find a way to push the medal connectors down.

I put a wrong sim in it, like a dumbass, and had to get it out. I just did this today and I feel like such an *****. And I don't know what to do, I don't know how to solder things, and unsolder them.I looked all across the Internet for a replacement sim tray to no avail. I am in the USA..

Can you take the Z30 back to where you purchased it, see if they can have it repaired? If not, I can only suggest Googling for BlackBerry repair services in your area.

No, I bought it off ebay. I'll just have to do research. I went around and asked some people at like carriers and such...they knew nothing...which, baffled me..but, whatever.

You push the pins down with "tech" screwdrivers?

Regardless of what tool is used, it's unlikely that the pins can simply be pushed down and expect full function to be restored. Extracting a nano sim that's caught inside the sim slot almost certainly does more damage than just bending pins. And the OP seems somewhat uncomfortable with DIY. That's why I suggest a qualified repair service.

For the future, if you disagree with someone, please do so without the sarcasm. Retracted.

Check into a repair, first. It'll be less than replacing an otherwise sound device.

Sorry you took it as sarcasm but I actually left out the word "cant" as I try to get used to my z10, although what I wrote was far from being a sarcastic comment.....

I can attempt to push them down, but that's no guarantee, and yeah, I am not too comfortable with the DAY, even though I considered it at first. I'm no engineer or technician, though! Hahahahahah

The "can't" would have made a difference, LOL. Maybe I misread it. My apologies -- I retract the comment.

The z10 has a mind of its own, deletes words that I write or changes them all together. Still trying to figure it out coming from a q10

I was asking for any place specifically. I did find one. If you're in the US you can try this, which I have yet to use, but they offer a free estimation and offer mail-in services, and walk-in. I just sent for a free estimate. Hopefully, they will tell me they can repair it. Anyway, here is the site: http://www.cellphonerepair.com/

I'll be sure to. I contacted them, they said they have to find a supplier that has that part.

Actually I'm having the same issue. I ordered the replacement part but I need to find someone to solder it for me. Finding the replacement sim card slot was quite a challenge. Only place I could find it was a uk seller on ebay.

Let me know how it goes.
