So I bought my BlackBerry Z30STA100-2/10.2.1.3442 10 days ago. I wanted to update my BlackBerry to 10.3.1 but then I heard about some problems people were having with the update so I restrained and then again I was going to update to 10.3.2 using autoloader but then again I heard about some problems now I m having second thoughts about the updates..should I do it?and if I do it should it be 3.1 or 3.2...its confusing..

I have a Z30 and have used all the updates from 10.2 to the 10.3.2.2339 that i currently use. There are no real issues with you follow directions. Just remember, once you load 10.3.2 you cannot go backwards

I'm sticking with 10.3.1 for now. Can't really see that 10.3.2 would give me any great advantage.

Anyway, I think that 10.3.1 runs extremely smooth. I'm loving it.

    Clean install with an autoloader.

Download the one for your device to your PC, unzip, plug in your phone, and run it. Your device will be wiped in the process.

And do you think it's a good idea to go directly to 10.3.2 cause then I will not be able to come back if there will be some problem..will there be any?sorry for asking the same question again but I'm really scared cause I'm enjoying my BlackBerry now and don't want to ruin the experience.

I have no issues on my Z30, but you have to decide. It's been 16 months since I've been on 10.2.1, so it seems ancient to me.

An autoloader contains everything you need.

    You mean BlackBerry Link?

It can be used to update your device in lieu of doing it Over The Air directly from your device. BUT it can only access whatever your carrier happens to be offering as an update which may or may not be something even remotely recent.

It's a zip file. Autoloaders only work on a PC (or a Mac with bootcamp).

yes, it was .7z file which I unzipped and it contains only one huge exe file (almost 3Gb)

really? hope my carrier will let me upgrade to 10.3.2 ... it is EE (former Orange) in UK
