I currently have a Z10 I love it but the bigger screen / better battery have me thinking about buying one from Telus (I use T-Mobile USA) or an unlocked one from eBay also the Q10 damn I have problems lol anyone have any suggestions? Both would hurt my wallet or maybe just stick it out with my Z10?

If you have a Z10, why pay out of pocket to get a Z30? If your phone were deficient I would say do it or if you had an upgrade but no. No don't do it.

If you're OK with Z10 then stay with it, but if you have extra money then buy Z30. Better wait 1-2 month until the prices are down. Z30 is much better.

Yeah you should hold out. I understand the temptation but you have a perfectly capable device.

BlackBerry is sticking to the handset business so it'll be exciting to see what they have up their sleeves next. Things just keep getting better

Exactly! Besides, we've got quad core processors coming up. I'm sure camera updates as well. You'll be happier this way!

If spending the money is not a burden on you, get the Z30. It is well worth it. I thought nothing of putting my Z10 in my spares drawer and making a Z30 my daily driver. For me, the bigger screen and battery make the ownership experience significantly better. The great sound and other features are nice to have but may not be enough to draw me to the store. The bigger battery was.

    Yeah be smart, simple.
Plus, there is somewhat of hope for the Z30 on tmobile in the US, as Germany tmobile is selling theirs via the Internet; now I don't know if that means we in the US will receive it, but I hope so.

Wrong! Get the Z30 even if spending the money is a burden on you! Muhahahaha...
If you are willing to post about your uncertainty, then you really ought to just do it...

I was kinda of in the same boat in that i want the z30 but thought I should just get the z10 for now and wait and see if TMOBILE USA would get it in the near future. But the urge was to tempting so I just pulled the trigger to get the z30 off of GSMNation and it is arriving on Sat or Monday. I figured around $400 bucks for the z10 why not just spend another 2 and get what you want and the latest and greatest. These things go out so fast that you might as well get the latest and use it for 6-10 months until a new comes out - you can never keep up with this stuff.

NQA - get the Z30. Battery life alone is the greatest part of the Z10. I can't imagine going back to either my Q10 or Z10 now.

    One little taste...

So just an update I went into a local Verizon wireless to get a hands on with the Z30 (I was ready to buy, ready to sign up, and ditch Tmo). I walk in expecting to be bombarded by a sales rep, but it didn't happen. I'm looking for the blackberry, and finally one guy walks up, and ask if I needed help he shows me to the Z30 with hesitation, and all he knew was that it was made by blackberry he didn't even try to sell. Sadness A very sad ordeal it was

Just get it. Gear acquisition syndrome is a real thing and if you have to make the leap, the Z30 is worth it.
Summary : Bigger screen, better typing, all-day battery.
Life is too short. Be happy.

I recently bought a z30. Albeit at employee discount. The only reason I got it was for the battery life. I'm not too happy with the z10 small battery. But love the size of z10. To me, I'm sacrificing some footprint for battery. As I don't like the phone to be too big.

I say go for it. The z30 is a great device. So far I'm loving the battery life. And the typing is second to none
