I took the plunge the other day after my Z30 just kept hanging on program opens, hub mail received, etc. Dramatic, night and day difference. I restored about 1/2 of the applications I had in the old build, discarding the ones I don't use. It's back to being a pleasure to use. So, posting this in case anyone's wondering - it really can work wonders. I plan to keep using the Z30 until it truly dies, and then I have a Samsung Galaxy 6 waiting in the wings. I just don't like the Android OS as much as BB10... It's faster, yes, but speed is not the be all and end all.

I been saying that stuff for years. No one listens because no one likes to wipe their devices and start fresh. Buncha digital hoarders... 'I might lose some data', 'I might lose my contacts' or 'I might lose my photos!' back up the things you need... blast away the things you don't. A freshly wiped device is ALWAYS going to run better. It's simple logic found in the world beyond just smartphones.
