So, it looks like my trusty old Z30 has taken one too many drops over it's life (it's been through a lot, water damage, cracked screen, and countless drops).
So, this morning the screen wouldn't respond to touches, and I took it apart. I see that the screen is in 2 parts now (note that it's not the original screen), whereas it came in 1 piece.
Can it be fixed, or has my Z30 kicked the bucket?
(Would gluing the 2 pieces together again help?)
I'd call it a day and get a new device. Sounds like you truly got your money's worth on that Z30. Trying to glue it together will not be acceptable imho.
