    I've searched all the posts on fixes but can't seem to find a proper resolution. I'm on AT&T in the US but use a Rogers Sim to get the latest updates to keep my Z30 current.

    Is there an official fix to the new Rotation Issue for 10.3.1?

    Tried all suggestions, turn on, turn off, reboot 20 times etc but the screen still rotates how it feels like it if Rotation is turned on.

    I believe it is a known issue.

    I THINK some folks have "fixed" it by reloading the OS. Why that would work? Who knows?

    My Z30 does not rotate in Bed time mode. No big deal, clock is sideways that's all. Still like to have it fixed

    At this point I don't know what I fixed. I see people talking about Rotation Lock.

    In my case, the Camera App would not "enter" landscape mode. If I turned the phone to landscape position, the camera controls did not rotate. I also could not view landscape-oriented photos in that position. Similarly, I could not rotate Videos (movies, etc) to show if I turned the phone into Landscape position. They would continue to show narrow in portrait position.

    When I used an Autoloader, it did fix those problems in my Z30.

    I am on z10 stl100-1 and the rotation lock went crazy after 10.3.1 update especially in the hub. But after an os reload and os re-update throught the BlackBerry link, it fixed the rotation issue.

    Yeah I tried reloading the os on my Z30 via link yesterday and it downgraded me to 10.2. BB have withdrawn all further 10.3.1 releases for now.
