    Hello people,

There is a strange issue I am facing. I'm using z30 and when people call my phone before I swipe to answer the ring tone stops playing and vibrate stops after I lift the phone.

How to disable this? No clue in settings

I have the same problem. I've always assumed that in the act of lifting it up I accidentally touch the screen so it goes quiet. Most of the time this is not a problem as I already aware about the phone call when I touch it. The only time this is a problem is when it was on vibrate and I accidentally touch it with, let say, my legs (in the pants) .

But I'd like for know how to change this too.

I use a pocket pouch and it stops when I take the phone out to answer. I don't think it has holster profiles like the old.

    Hi
I think it stops if you touch the screen. Try to lift the phone without touching the screen.

They designed it that way. Touch the screen anywhere and it stops ringing. There is no way to disable this, as far as I know.

I've found this feature helpful I can easily silence the phone by touching anywhere on the screen. Only time this is an issue as nawapunth mentioned is when in your pocket touches your legs it goes silent. I've missed several calls like that.

No, there are there ways to not pocket dial. Like turning swipe to wake off.

My problem here is not the swipe to wake up.

When ever I get calls it goes to silent and the vibration stops. When I keep the device in my phant pocket. I face this issue most of the time.

And I missed so many calls
