Go into the "Phone App". Go to settings. Go to Priority Calling and turn on the Reply Now.
You can also set your messages.


Note:
You will only get the reply now option pop up during a phone call if the caller is in your phone book with the number listed as "Mobile".

I don't get the naming though. Priority Calling?

And having the ability to reply only to numbers saved as Mobile is pretty stupid. I want to reply to any number.
