    I have a Z30 that i bought directly from BB thru a friend.
    I believe i have a warranty issue whereby my camera no longer focuses. All pictures come out blurry regardless of the settings. I think the lens may have shifted or something.

    The BB website says to contact my service provider (Bell Canada) or point of sale retailer (which is BB).

    Has anyone else bought a device direct from BB that needed to be sent back under warranty?

    You might still try contacting your carrier and see if they handle warranty issues.
