    is there a step by step link. I am going to reload a clean OS. then restore "contacts, calendar and settings". is this going to work. os 10.2, link 1.4, on a z30. thank you

    Don't use Link. It has a nasty habit of restoring your problems too.

    Use Ultimate Backup from BBW instead. Then use an autoloader.
