Sometimes when I open my "Contacts" list I see the accurate list that shows the contact name, company, and facebook pic. but other times I only see a list of their names. This creates a problem when I try to build (create) Contact groups ("My employees") using the smsbynow app cuz it may not have the contacts name or email address. Why does it show a contact list that's different from the main Contact list?
It might be the app and it only takes phone numbers maybe. Why not just make groups in your phone instead of an app.

For some inexplicable reason RIM didn't install the ability to create groups into the BB10 phones. Hard to believe, huh? They took away one of the features that have kept some us using Blackberry's!...anyway, the app called smsbynow, was created by a very responsive developer named "Boris" for us to create groups, just for the new BB's. The app has about a 100 reviews and almost all 5 stars...except for me, which is why I posted the issue. I've had nothing but BB's for 12 years, and always sent out group emails. Some had 200 contacts, and I never had a problem...well, now I have a Z30 that doesn't have the contact group function! I never even considered checking it before I bought it. At least I'm not alone. The message boards are full of angry BB10 users. Maybe they'll hear us and do an update before they lose their last 10 users...lol
btw, the app lets you send out large group email or text messages
Boris is a Don! Replies every time ...sometimes within an hour!!
He keeps rolling out the updates too!
Sod BlackBerry Groups in the new OS 10.2.1 ...too little too late!

Yup, and I contact him almost daily....i just hope he adds the ability to add comments to mail we forward
